Depending on your interaction, we may process your name, company name and tax ID where necessary, address, email, phone number, enquiry, product, quantity, quote, order, payment details and correspondence. For sales and service partnership applications we also process city, business activity, service capabilities and information about your customer network. Website use may generate technical data such as IP addresses, logs and cookie data.

We process enquiries, quotations and pre-contract steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the data subject is the contracting party. For representatives of businesses and business correspondence we may rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Orders and contract performance are processed under Article 6(1)(b), and statutory accounting and tax records under Article 6(1)(c). Necessary website operations and security may rely on legitimate interests; optional analytics or advertising cookies require consent where applicable (Article 6(1)(a)). Marketing communications are sent only where a lawful basis exists.

Through Meta lead forms for prospective ECOTECH sales and service partners, we collect contact details and answers about business activity, service facilities and customer networks. We use these solely to review enquiries, assess potential cooperation, respond and potentially prepare offers. Submitting a form does not mean automatic approval as a partner. Access is limited to authorised REFIL personnel. Where necessary, service providers may process data for hosting, email, IT support, accounting, delivery, payments and advertising or lead-form platforms, including Meta. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to public authorities where legally required.

Some digital service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are based on safeguards permitted by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with any required supplementary measures. Contact us for further information.

We keep enquiries and unsuccessful partnership applications only for as long as needed to address them and reasonably follow up business correspondence, after which data is deleted or anonymised unless further retention is justified. Contractual, tax and accounting records are retained for statutory periods. Third-party platforms may have separate retention periods.

Our website may use essential cookies for operation and security and, where enabled, analytics or advertising technologies.
